Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AURCO. We strive to provide our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have a 14 day window to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (No cut or altered black bands)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@aurco.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the return package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • VII Hair Oil
  • Chaur Shampoo
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Used or altered products & hair extensions
  • Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

There will be a $15 restock fee for all returned items.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to return items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement, depending on the specific circumstances.
